We charge $475* for a standard Will, with discounts for couples. If your requirements are of a more complicated nature we shall provide you with a quote before we proceed so that there will be no hidden costs.
After you have executed your Will we offer a free service of safe-keeping to prevent loss or destruction by someone who is aggrieved by the contents of your Will.
We also provided you with free Estate Manual in which you can make note of all the important information that will be of use to your executor and the loved ones that you leave behind.

Fixed fee Probate applications
We understand that the death of a loved one can be a stressful and heartbreaking time for you. Our Probate Lawyer helps you through the process to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration where there is no Will so that you can finalise the affairs of your loved one and can then comply with their wishes. We also provide advice so that you know what to do in this difficult time.
Our fixed fee is $3,000* inclusive of disbursements to obtain the Grant through the ordinary process, but excludes additional unusual work.

We also accept appointments as Administrator for any person who requires representation.
