How old is your Executor?

It may be time to rethink whether your nominated Executor in your Will is still up for the task.

As you are getting older, so is your executor and they just may not have it in them, either emotionally, physically or intellectually to do the job.

Even if you are reluctant to change your first choice of executor, just make sure that your second choice is young enough, but not too young to do the job.

Take a few moments to consider this, and have a conversation with your chosen executor to see how they feel about the job.
